1. Authorized Use Only

Our LMS and exam systems are to be used only by registered learners, authorized trainers, examiners, or partners. Unauthorized access, sharing of credentials, or impersonation is strictly prohibited.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users must NOT engage in any of the following:

  • Attempt to hack, tamper, reverse engineer, or bypass security mechanisms

  • Use AI tools, bots, screen scrapers, or plugins to auto-complete exams

  • Share, copy, record, or distribute exam content or learning material without permission

  • Upload content containing viruses, harmful code, or disruptive scripts

  • Use the platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activities

3. Exam Conduct & Content Integrity

  • Exams must be completed independently using our secured browser-locked application

  • Screenshots, screen recording, or sharing of exam questions is strictly prohibited

  • No impersonation or proxy test-taking is allowed under any circumstance

4. Intellectual Property & Content Use

  • All course materials, assessments, and system content are the property of Well Spring Globe

  • Users may not reuse or republish content without written permission

5. System Usage Limits

  • Excessive login attempts, bandwidth abuse, or misuse of test features may lead to account suspension

  • Automated scripts or bots are not permitted under any condition

6. Reporting Abuse

If you suspect a policy violation or system misuse, report it immediately to:

7. Violation Consequences

Violating this policy may result in:

  • Temporary or permanent suspension of access

  • Revocation of certifications

  • Legal action, where applicable
