CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES

Exam Integrity
                                    Zero Tolerance for Cheating:
                                    No unauthorized notes, devices, AI tools, or impersonation.
No screenshotting, recording, or sharing of exam content.

                                    Secure Exam Environment:
                                    Private, distraction-free space with no third-party interference.
Adherence to our secured browser-locked testing protocol.

                                    Ethical Participation

                                    All personal and professional information must be truthful and verifiable.
Errors in certificates must be reported promptly.
Any attempt to manipulate, bribe, or coerce staff is grounds for disqualification.

                                    Post-Certification Obligations
                                    Credentials may be subject to audits and verification.
Misuse or misrepresentation of certification can result in revocation.
Certified individuals are expected to adhere to all relevant ethical and professional standards.

                                

EMPLOYEE, PARTNER & POLICY COMPLIANCE

        EMPLOYEE & EXAM STAFF CONDUCT
         Secure Exam Management
         Encrypted storage and controlled access to exam materials.
 Regular rotation of questions to prevent repetition.
 Objective, consistent grading using predefined rubrics.

        Conflict of Interest Disclosure
         Employees must avoid certifying relatives or affiliated individuals.
 Any personal or professional conflicts must be disclosed.

        Mandatory Professional Training
         Annual training on ethics, anti-fraud, accessibility, and compliance is required.
 Team members must stay current with updated exam formats and standards.

    

        PARTNER & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
         Training Partners
         Must follow officially approved content only.
 Unauthorized sharing or “exam dumps” is prohibited.
 All suspected misconduct must be reported to Well Spring immediately.

        Corporate Clients
         May not influence certification outcomes or proctoring integrity.
 Testing of sponsored candidates will remain independently monitored by Well Spring.

    

ENFORCEMENT & VIOLATION MANAGEMENT

Consequences for Violations

Candidates:

First Offense: Disqualification + 1-year ban.
Repeat Offense: Lifetime ban + certificate invalidation.

Employees/Partners:

Minor Violations: Temporary suspension + retraining.
Major Violations: Termination + legal reporting + blacklisting.

Reporting Misconduct

Anonymous reporting is allowed. Whistleblower protection is guaranteed.
Complaint acknowledgment within 48 hours; resolution within 15 working days.

Audit & Compliance Monitoring

10% of all exams are randomly audited each month.
Any invalid certifications are revoked privately and shared only with relevant stakeholders.

FINAL DECLARATION

By participating in any program or relationship with Well Spring Globe Testing & Certifications, all stakeholders — including candidates, staff, institutions, and clients — agree to uphold this Code of Conduct.

It is more than a guideline — it is a shared commitment to building a fair, ethical, and globally credible certification environment.
