1. Definitions

  • “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”: Refers to Well Spring Globe Testing & Certifications.

  • “Client”, “You”, “Your”: Refers to the individual or entity purchasing and using our digital services.

  • “Digital Services”: Refers to self-paced learning modules, assessments, and digital certification services.

  • “Terms and Conditions”: Refers to this agreement governing use and purchase of our services.

2. Services Offered

Well Spring Globe Testing & Certifications provides only the following:

  • Self-paced digital learning content

  • Online testing and assessments

  • Digital certifications upon successful completion

We do not provide online instructor-led sessions, classroom training, or live workshops.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham), INR (Indian Rupee), and USD (United States Dollar) depending on the client's region.

  • Pricing is exclusive of taxes where applicable.

  • Prices may be subject to change due to fluctuations in service costs or third-party charges.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

  • Payments must be made via secure online gateways.

  • Any bank transfer or transaction charges (international or local) must be borne by the client.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Once digital content or access credentials are issued, cancellation is not permitted.

  • In exceptional cases where the product has not been accessed, cancellation requests made within 24 hours of purchase may be considered.

  • Requests must be sent via email to info@wellspring-globe.com with order details.

5. Refund Policy

Please refer to our official Return & Refund Policy for full details. Summary:

  • No refunds are issued once access has been granted or content has been used.

  • In case of approved refund requests (within 24 hours, unused), processing takes 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be processed in the same currency used at the time of purchase (AED, INR, or USD), subject to applicable bank or conversion charges.

6. Access & Validity

  • Course and certification access is valid for a defined duration (typically 90 days) from the purchase date.

  • Access is non-transferable.

  • Extensions may be granted upon request, subject to additional charges.

7. Certifications

  • Certifications are awarded only upon successful completion of the course and passing all required assessments.

  • Digital certificates are issued in PDF format and sent via email or downloadable link.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All course content, exams, and certification materials remain the exclusive property of Well Spring Globe Testing & Certifications.

  • Copying, sharing, or commercial use of any material without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Suitability & Usage

  • Clients must ensure that the selected course suits their professional and educational needs.

  • All content is delivered in English unless otherwise specified.

  • Recommendations provided by the company are non-binding and made in good faith.

10. Non-Attendance

As we only provide self-paced learning, there is no concept of attendance. However, failure to access or complete the program within the validity period does not entitle the client to refunds or extensions.

11. Technical Support

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary internet connectivity and device compatibility.

12. Liability Limitation

  • The company's liability is limited to the value paid for the respective course or certification.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use our services.

  • We do not share your data with third parties unless required for certification processing or by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, based on the client’s country of purchase.
