Digital Products & Online Services

All purchases of digital products—such as certification exams, e-learning courses, memberships, renewals, and digital credentials—are final and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and access has been granted.

Due to the nature of digital content and services, we do not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances after the digital service has been delivered or accessed.

Technical Issues or Incorrect Access Credentials

In case of technical errors, such as receiving incorrect login information or problems accessing the content, please report the issue immediately to our support team.

Regional Refund Exceptions

In compliance with best practices and consumer fairness, we offer refunds only in the following exceptional cases:

  • You have not accessed or used the digital product, and

  • The refund request is made within 24 hours of purchase.

Once the digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or used in any way, the order becomes non-refundable.

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, may take 5–7 business days for processing.
