1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which clients may cancel services or subscriptions offered by Well Spring Globe Testing & Certifications. By purchasing and using our services, you agree to the terms below.

2. Digital Products & Self-Paced Services

All purchases made for digital content—such as certification exams, self-paced learning modules, memberships, renewals, and digital credentials—are considered final once access has been granted.

Due to the instant and non-retractable nature of digital product delivery, cancellation is not permitted under normal circumstances once access credentials or course materials have been issued.

3. Exceptional Cancellation Requests

Cancellation may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The cancellation request is made within 24 hours of purchase;

  • The digital product or service has not been accessed, downloaded, or used in any way.

All such requests must be submitted in writing to info@wellspring-globe.com, including the order number, date of purchase, and a brief reason for cancellation.

Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, may be eligible for a refund under our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Non-Eligible Cancellations

The following do not qualify for cancellation or refund:

  • Accessed or partially completed courses

  • Used assessment portals or test platforms

  • Missed deadlines for course access or certificate download

  • Technical incompatibility due to the client’s own devices or internet limitations

5. Cancellation by Company

Well Spring Globe Testing & Certifications reserves the right to cancel access or revoke services if:

  • The client violates usage policies or engages in misuse of content

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

  • There is a breach of intellectual property terms

In such cases, no refund or compensation will be issued.

7. Governing Law
