Ensuring Integrity in Every Assessment

1. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to define the security protocols, proctoring expectations, and candidate responsibilities during all assessments conducted through Well Spring Globe Testing & Certifications. Maintaining the credibility, fairness, and trust of our certifications depends on strict adherence to exam security and integrity enforcement.

2. Secure Exam Platform

All assessments are conducted on our proprietary browser-locked application, which is designed to:

  • Disable access to external websites, search engines, or additional applications

  • Block shortcuts, screen captures, screen recordings, and clipboard functions

  • Prevent switching between tabs, windows, or applications during the test

  • Log all activity for post-exam audit and review

This platform ensures that all tests are taken under controlled and secure digital conditions, aligned with global certification standards.

3. Candidate Responsibilities

During assessments, candidates must:

  • Complete the test independently without external support

  • Ensure a quiet, private, and distraction-free environment

  • Refrain from using unauthorized tools, notes, devices, or screen-sharing apps

  • Not attempt to record, copy, or share exam content in any form

  • Follow all platform instructions before, during, and after the test

4. Prohibited Behavior

The following activities are considered security violations:

  • Use of AI tools, chatbots, or calculators not permitted

  • Receiving assistance from another person (in-person or remotely)

  • Taking photos, screenshots, or notes of exam questions

  • Logging in from multiple devices or impersonating another candidate

  • Attempting to hack, bypass, or disrupt the browser-locking system

5. Exam Monitoring & Audits

  • Random audits are conducted on completed tests for suspicious behavior or abnormal patterns

  • Technical logs (e.g., tab switches, copy-paste attempts) are reviewed to detect violations

  • Suspicious attempts may lead to exam invalidation or re-testing with stricter controls

6. Consequences for Violations

Violations of proctoring or security rules may result in:

  • Immediate termination of the test session

  • Revocation of any certification issued

  • 1-year or lifetime ban from future testing

  • Notification to sponsoring institutions or employers (if applicable)

  • Legal action in cases of fraud or intellectual property theft
