Encouraging Transparency, Protecting Integrity

1. Purpose

At Well Spring Globe Testing & Certifications, we are committed to maintaining a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct. This Whistleblower Policy provides a secure and confidential channel for reporting any unethical, illegal, or non-compliant behavior within our organization — without fear of retaliation.

2. Who Can Report?

This policy is applicable to:

  • Employees and examiners

  • Trainers and academic partners

  • Candidates and learners

  • Vendors, contractors, and affiliates

Any stakeholder who becomes aware of unethical or unlawful conduct has the right and responsibility to report it in good faith.

3. Reportable Concerns

You may report concerns including (but not limited to):

  • Cheating or impersonation during certification exams

  • Misuse of certification or falsified credentials

  • Corruption, bribery, or favoritism by employees or partners

  • Data breaches or unauthorized access to candidate information

  • Harassment, discrimination, or abuse within the organization

  • Violations of our Code of Conduct, privacy policy, or ISO procedures

4. How to Report

5. Protection from Retaliation

Any individual who reports in good faith will be protected from:

  • Termination, demotion, or suspension

  • Threats, intimidation, or harassment

  • Any other form of retaliation, direct or indirect

Retaliating against a whistleblower is a serious violation and will lead to disciplinary action, up to termination or partner disqualification.

6. Investigation Process

  • Acknowledgment of the report will be sent within 48 hours

  • Preliminary assessment will be conducted within 5 working days

  • Full investigation and resolution (if warranted) will occur within 15–20 working days

  • Outcomes will be communicated only to relevant parties; anonymity will be maintained where requested

7. Confidentiality & Data Security

  • All reports are handled with strict confidentiality

  • Information is stored securely and shared only with authorized personnel involved in the resolution

  • No personal data will be exposed without consent, unless required by law

8. False Reporting

Knowingly filing a false report is a violation of this policy and may result in appropriate disciplinary or legal action. This policy is meant to protect truth-tellers, not enable misuse.
